Aaron and I decided to celebrate Valentine's a day early and we went to the new Atlantis resort for brunch and a walk through the "Lost Chambers" which is series of tunnels that are full of aquariums. The resort was absolutely amazing! I think we are going to be visiting quite a bit for day trips now that we have seen how fabulous it actually is!
We had a delicious brunch at a restaurant called "Saffron". It was southeast Asian themed. Aaron had a half lobster and 3 lobster claws....and he considered that just to be his appetizer! We definitely ate our share and then some!
After lunch we made our way over to the Lost Chambers and spent quite a while looking at all the different fish and creatures in the tanks. We were really impressed by how clean it was and the fish seemed to be very well taken care of. Overall, it was a great Valentine's Day and we will definitely be visiting again in the near future! :)
(If you look closely in the picture above, you can see two windows with curtains. At the Atlantis, you can actually rent out that guest room and have your room look into the main aquarium. The aquarium was huge! I felt like it was as big as a house!)
