Well, I called the nurse practitioner the other day and she is going to give Veronica the first dose of the H1N1 vaccine at 5.5 months instead of 6 months.
Yep, that's right...I said first dose.
Aaron and I were in for a shock at V's December 21st appointment when we found out the vaccine is given to infants in 2 doses...1 month apart. We both looked at each other and said WTF when we found out.
The first dose is on January 26th, so the second dose will be around February 26th. Right after that, we will be leaving!!! Aaron is going to fly out here, and then we may or may not go to St. Paul, MN for a day or two, and then we will be heading back to Dubai!
Seriously, who goes home for 2 weeks at the end of October and then ends up having to stay for 6 months? During the effing winter when it is 70 degrees in Dubai. UGH UGH UGH!!!
Just for your personal enjoyment...quite possible the cheesiest picture of me ever. Danny and I couldn't stop laughing after he took this pic. Seriously, why did I decide to do that with my leg?!?! I think I'm going crazy for all this "Milford" air!!
