Checking out our new neighborhood

A few pictures I took of us around our new place. The whole complex is set up as a big block which is great because I'm easily able to do laps around it. And, trust eme, I already have! I'm getting ready for the pool!

We have Pizza Hut, Halmark (which is 2-3x the price of everything back home!), Spinney's (little grocery store) and a Subway! Not too shabby if you ask me! We also have wonderful views from our apartment which has really lifted my spirits. In our old apartment, we looked into a giant construction site and it wasn't the most pleasent thing to look at. I love, love, love our new view!

Aaron took a picture of Veronica and I out on our balcony with the Burj Khalifa (formerly the Burj Dubai) in the background. It will be the first and last time Miss V is on our balcony! I could feel my pulse rise just having her out there!
