London!!!

WOW!

London was SO MUCH FUN!!! We were able to do so much and really enjoyed ourselves. Veronica is now goo-ing and gah-ing in a British accent and asked me to put some tea in her bottle and scones in her rice cereal!

While Aaron was at his meetings, I took baby girlie girl out in her pram (UK way to say "stroller") and we walked all over the city. We went to Picadilly Circus, Oxford Circus, National Gallery, Chinatown, Regent St., Trafalgar Square, Hamley's toy store, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey! Phew! That was a lot to do in just 2 full days!!

The few things we did not do were meet Prince William and Prince Harry, go on the London Eye ferris wheel (which quite honestly, I think that Veronica would not have been the only one peeing her pants on that thing, Harrod's and the Tower Bridge. Oh, and Ripley's Believe It or Not museum. Seriously, what's in that thing??? Well, there's always a next time!

We also met up with my friend Jackie from elementary school who now lives there permanently. I had not seen Jackie in forever...I'm guessing 10+ years. She married a Brit and loves London as much as I do!

We of course had to meet up with our friend Conor who lives there as well. We saw Conor the first night we were there and on our last night as well. Veronica took a liking to Conor instantly, which I gotta say, makes me a little nervous! Within the first few minutes of meeting him she did a huge, loud, "frat boy" burp. Conor was highly impressed and suprised that something like that could come out of little V! On the last night we were there, she did a huge #2 while he was holding her. Haha...that's our girl!! I think Conor liked her so much that he decided he wants one of his own....in 10 or 20 years!

We had a great time in London and I cannot wait to go back. Seriously, it rocked ;)

We had so much fun hanging out in London for a few days. However, it was time to go home to Dubai! We checked into Gatwick airport, headed over to the lounge and relaxed while we waited for our flight. And when I say relaxed, what I really mean is: changed V 3 times, fed her formula and food, burped her, played with her and managed to find some time to eat some lunch and for Aaron to sneak in a beer. Oh, the life of a parent! :)
