I saw the Sheikh!

About a weekend or two ago, Aaron, Veronica and I headed to the mall for some shopping and exercise. After a few hours, we were heading home when I remembered that I forgot to pick up some ink for the printer. So we circled back around and I ran quickly into the mall.

Well, I was in for a BIG surprise!

As I was walking past the grocery store, you will never believe who I saw, His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم )AKA Sheikh Mohammed, the Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, and the Ruler of Dubai.

WHOA!

I wasn't sure if I supposed to stop walking, curtsey, give him a high five or what. So, I just kept walking, right next to him!!!

And of course, that was the ONE day that I forgot my camera! So no pics!! I'm not even sure if it would have been ok for me to start taking pictures of him...I could have told him it was for my blog since I'm sure he's an avid reader of it ;)
