The Lumpy Bump

I don't know if it is too hard to tell in this picture, but my baby bump isn't exactly "round". The little girl has a shoulder jutting out on the left side of my stomach! It's really noticeable in person...a lot of people have told me I look lopsided.

It's especially noticeable when I have a Braxton-Hicks contraction. Aaron describes it as though my stomach looks like it gets vacuum sealed and you can see the outline of her body. It's so true too! Whenever I am contracting, you can see her shoulder really well and also her butt. It's funny but it has definitely thrown off my balance just a tad!
