OMG!

First of all, keep in mind that we are on the 15th floor of our building! Yesterday they needed to switch out our windows to take them to a shop and fix them (the locks are sealed and they are supposed to be open as a fire exit- I think- and as if I would ever exit out of that window!) but two guys came in that contraption outside and two guys were inside our apartment taking the windows down. I about had a heart attack! I kept having visions of someone falling!

So of course I whipped out my camera and started taking pics! This was so dangerous and scary!!
